The seven heads are seven hills;
They are also seven kings!

The 10 horns are 10 kings
The kings hate the prostitute and destroy her
Revelation Chapter 18:1-8
Babylon has fallen!
Pay her back double for what she has done.
Revelation Chapter 18:9-17
Kings and merchants will weep at Babylon’s fall;
Her luxury and splendor have vanished!
Revelation Chapter 18:18-24
Woe to you, great city!
In her was found the blood of prophets…
In one hour she has been brought to ruin!
